BEHIND THE CAMERA

​I'm a hobby and freelance photographer from Gothenburg, Sweden. I'm constantly learning and exploring new ways to photograph. I have been exploring many areas from still life, nature to event photoshoot. ​
 

When I first started,  I knew nothing about DSLR and I was shooting wild (basically whatever I saw) without really paying attention to the technical details, i.e. camera settings and functions. In another word, I was one of those people who took > 100 shots for a single subject; hopefully one will turn out OK.  I also got pretty tired of going through the pictures after every single photo shoot, not to mention I didn't have the habit to delete my pictures. Yup! I run out of disk space after the first 3 months. LOL!!!​

 

By following some photography blogs, forum and participating in DPS weekly assignments, I have learned so much throughout the last 12 years. The best thing is, I also get to meet a lot of friends who enjoy photography and we've all learned from each other. ​

Three words my friends would describe me are: Creative, Enthusiastic and Hardworking!

My biggest dream is to travel around the world to capture the most beautiful landscape/portrait/food/local life style/culture of the countries, to taste the best local cuisines, to enjoy the local music and culture, and nevertheless to help the children in-need around the world with better health and education.
