Tell us a little about yourself:

I am Wetsy from India; I started exploring the world through my camera by 2003 by that time I started my new life in Africa as a production manager in a chemical industry.

Are you an amateur or a pro photographer?

I am still amateur, A long way to go.

What do you like to photograph?

Outdoor adventure, wild life, birds, macro, portrait, landscape, indoor activates and children stage shows.

What is in your photography kit?

Currently I  have a Canon EOS7D body, Canon EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens, Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8, Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II Lens, Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 USM Macro Lens, Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 L IS USM, Canon Speedlite 580EX II and Canon Speedlite 430EX II Flash

What's your favorite lens?

For the time being my favorite lens is Canon EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens because it is safe to carry around it won’t attract any dangerous audience and the zoom can cover any part of the scene, the output is not so good compare with my other lens still I am ok with that.

Any favorite photographer(s)?

I admire most of my Flickr friends with their great shots which includes you, because most of the images from my Flickr friends are straight out from the camera. In that naming three may not be a right choice, each of them is good in their respective interests. I can’t admire the Magazine photographers as we don’t know how the end product came out and it was shot with the need of some specific requirement so it can’t be a naturally born poem.

Which is your own favorite picture?

Every new shot is my favorite. By every next shot I will lose my interest of the previous one.

What is your dream?

So far I did plenty of products, function, portrait assignments for my colleagues, friends, relatives and etc without any monetary benefit. May be one day I may leave the current job and take photography as a career whole heartedly.

Any advice or great tips to share?

If you want to enjoy the photography as an art of capturing lights and reflections, you should know how to change and balance the aperture, ISO and the shutter speed otherwise don’t even touch a camera.
