Interview with Fabio

Tell us a little about yourself:

My full name is Fabio Antonini.
I'm Italian but living in Amsterdam from long time.
I have my own restaurant where I happily cook .
I also perform regularly as video artist,I also supply video and foto installation for

companies,museums and expositions.

Sometimes I work as freelance photographer and as VJ

Are you an amateur or a pro photographer?

Photography is an old passion and I've started in the anagogic era,retouching black & white films with a pencil and masking pictures with my hands,by the way…I'm 45 years old.

What do you like to photograph?

I like to take pics of anything but due to my extreme character I often see things very close or very far,so either a macro or a very wide angle.

What is in your photography kit?

I have a nikon 7000 with a bunch of lenses.

What's your favorite lens?

It's hard to say but at the moment I think my nikon 40mm macro.

Any favorite photographer(s)?

I like so many photographers …top of my list the classics :Ansel Adams,Man Ray,Bresson.

Which is your own favorite picture?

As somebody said "my favorite picture is the one I'll take tomorrow" so feel free to pick up one from my stream.

What is your dream?

My dream? Leave a better world to my son.
